To do this, we have an open dialogue with employees, as well as our female leaders, to find out what we can do better to ensure female employees can advance their careers and take senior leadership positions while balancing the needs of their personal lives. We recognize there will always be challenges to overcome and we’re dedicated to continue building on this foundation.”
