Liz is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in fast-paced environments. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, project planning, and risk analysis. She has extensive experience with new product manufacturing launches.
Liz holds both a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters of Engineering Management from Penn State University. She has also received an EIT certification from the NCEES and is involved with both the Society of Women Engineers and the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers.
Liz’s extensive industry experience spans roles as a Project Manager and Director across various companies, including StoneAge Waterblast Tools, Breadware, International Gaming Technology (IGT), and Tesla. In these positions, she made a significant impact by managing the StoneAge Engineering and Technology team, overseeing R&D, NPI, Custom Solutions, and Applications Engineering. Liz excelled in identifying and implementing technologies to enhance internal and external systems, contributing to increased productivity and market positioning. Her role extended to defining business objectives and product vision for proposed development projects, prioritizing product and technology roadmaps based on ROI, strategic importance, and technical/resource fit. Additionally, Liz played a key role in developing, maintaining, and overseeing the Product Development Process, collaborating with various departments to assess internal operational capacity and mitigate schedule risks.
In her spare time, Liz enjoys traveling and being outdoors, playing ultimate frisbee and hiking.
